This has happened to us before, I am pretty sure Medicare will deny your claim that ends on 10/16/19 as the patient switched to Blue Plus MSHO as of 10/01/19.  I think you will only be able to bill Medicare through 9/30/19.  And I believe you will need a new Start Of Care OASIS for the Blue Plus MSHO, you might need the 10/18 visit to be your new SOC.

If I am wrong someone can correct me.

OK I have a question. I have  client who I found out today changed from medicare to blue cross MSHO effective 10/1. I have a claim billed to medicare through 10/16. I have my recert RAP starting 10/17 set to bill to blue cross as an episode. My question is my first visit for this is 10/18 not 10/17. Has anyone done this before and if so how? I am also waiting for my claim through 10/16 to process with Medicare as I had billed it out 10/21. Once that pays I will figure out what to do with 10/1-10/16 visits.
