I have had this issue as well,  I call and explain that on the subsequent episodes the service date does not have to match the From and Through date.  So then they send back for reprocessing.  It is frustrating.

Both reps I have talked to have insisted it needs to match. But I have raps they have paid that do not match. For example this claim has from and through date of 6/30/19 but the service date on the claim is 7/10/2019.

Good afternoon,

I have a denial from Triwest for billing error. When I call in I am told that the from and through date on the top of the claim must match the service date for the rap claim. There have been other raps that do not match that have paid. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks!
