Hello, have you called the community care center to find out if the claim really should have been denied? I have had many claims denied and found that when I have called the person helping me will attach notes to the claim and let the processors
know to review the claim again because the claim should have been paid and not denied.
I personally saw this as a denial on some of mine as well but have not called yet. I am going to try to do that this week to see if they have an answer for me. I use TOB: 329.
