I have yet to get a dime from TriWest. The latest now is they denied all the claims I have sent in because the value code 85 is missing with the FIPSS code. They need that along with the CBSA code – value code 61. I have not heard that
requirement before or it is not in any paperwork I’ve read. Did any of you know that?
