We use Homecare Homebase, but we use Waystar (Zirmed) as our clearing house to submit the claims.

Same here. Clean claims process in 30. I use Availity and my files go through fine. I do get my reports on them so if you aren’t, you may want to check with Availity.

I have had good luck with the claims going through Availity. Clean claims appear to be processing around 30 days.

We are using Availity to submit claims to Triwest and haven't heard anything. Approximately how long re they taking? I sent some on 5/23/19. Also, I'm not seeing anything on the portal under files received or sent that say Triwest. Does that mean they didn't go thru? How is everyone else sending their claims?

Just wondering if anyone has had Tri West recoup their RAP payment after they have paid on the Final claim? We have received Final payments, but Tri West has not been taking back their RAP payment like Medicare does.
