Same here so far.  We have not issued any checks waiting to see if they will recoup as other payers do.

Just wondering if anyone has had Tri West recoup their RAP payment after they have paid on the Final claim?  We have received Final payments, but Tri West has not been taking back their RAP payment like Medicare does.
