We bill episodically -- no RAPs, only Finals are sent with G codes -- and get paid a per visit rate. We also found that they paid the place of service line as if it was an actual visit based
on the revenue code, so we now leave the place of service off the claim – you might find this as well if your contract only states revenue codes.
I think (!) they pay per visit for contracted agencies and episodically for non-contracted agencies. We used to get paid episodically before we were contracted, but since we’ve been contracted
we get paid per visit.
