The SCHA ID number is the PMI number with a G at the beginning. 

 

 

 

They have not been using authorization numbers on their Service Agreements, but they do look at the Service Agreements when they process the claims.  We have not had any issues getting paid when we bill without an authorization number as long as we have a Service Agreement with SCHA for the visits.  We bill using their SCHA ID #, not the PMI number.

I was told by a Care Coordinator that SCHA no longer issues service agreement Auth numbers and should be using the PMI number. Anyone else here of this?
