They have not been using authorization numbers on their Service Agreements, but they do look at the Service Agreements when they process the claims. We have not had any issues getting paid when we bill without
an authorization number as long as we have a Service Agreement with SCHA for the visits. We bill using their SCHA ID #, not the PMI number.
