I had success with some old Health Net claims by reaching out via email to providerexperience@va.gov

 

I sent an email to that address and mentioned that I had some very old claims that were authorized but being denied incorrectly.  I asked them to assign someone to contact me and help me with my old claims.  Not long after that email someone did reach out to me. So far, 3 out of 4 of our old HN claims have processed and hopefully the last one will process soon.
