Nope no clue. Its ridiculous. On that note, I got letters on 9 of my claims to Triwest saying my claim couldn’t be processed because clients couldn’t be identified. I called Triwest…. And….. here we go, they couldn’t figure out why the claims wouldn’t process and there was nothing wrong with them so They pushed them through to process. GRRRRRRRR

Has anyone had success setting up a Veterans Care Agreement (VCA) for your  Home Health Agency with St. Cloud VA or Minneapolis VA for the non skilled nursing visits like Home Health Aid, Respite, Etc?

The information sheet I received end of day yesterday says this VCA must be completed prior to 6/6/19 (today). When I call St. Cloud VA or Minneapolis VA they have no clue as to what I am talking about.

Thanks,
