They are paying on the final, however, if the PPS rate is more that what was actually billed, they only pay the billed rate. We were told their system is not
set up with the PPS rates and they are looking into it. They asked if we could just bill the PPS rate but of course our system is not set up to bill that.
We are looking at our contract to determine if they can actually get away with that.

Yes, we are having issues with payment also. I have also been told by customer service that the G codes (billed on the FC) are not on our contract. I emailed our contract rep last
week, she stated she has heard similar issues from other providers. She is looking into it now.
I did some digging on the HP site this past weekend and I did find information about the Advantage plans only paying out on the final claim. IF anyone has had success in getting
paid by them, is that correct?

Hi all
Is anyone having trouble getting paid from “Health Partners, their MC Advantage Plans”?
We are getting a “denial code CO-147 Provider contracted/negotiated rate expired or not on file”
After we called several times we are being told that the “issue lies with our facility rates not being uploaded to the PSF file through CMS.” We have also found out that the PSF file is the responsibility of each MAC (our case NGS).
Has anyone else come across this issue?
