We would always list their Medicare number in the M0063, correct? - as long as they have Medicare as the payor source.
Then click the appropriate payer for M0150?
If they have multiple payers are we supposed to check all that apply (VA, Medicare, Medicaid, Self Pay) or just the payer source for the current episode of home health?

The Humana # does not go on the Oasis. You would just mark the appropriate payer in M0150 #2 Medicare (HMO/managed care/Medicare advantage).

We are having issues with MCR Advantage numbers fitting into M0063 - Medicare number, including suffix
- in order to get it to fit, we have to leave off the first 3 letters. Also, for Humana patients where are we supposed to enter their number to correctly do so as it doesn't fit into the M0063 field either; are we supposed to enter Humana numbers in a different
field or enter their Medicare number? Our charting system is Maestro. If this is easier to discuss over the phone, please call 507-526-7970. Thank you.
