We have never had to have PMAPs be homebound and have been paid every time. They are a medical assistance managed care plan so those should never require homebound status to my best knowledge.

In the past, it was my understanding that for the Blue Plus PMAP plan a patient had to be homebound. They may have been different from the other PMAP plans.

Do PMAP plans through blue plus require the patient to be homebound? I have called and asked on a few different patients and it seems like I am given a different answer every time. Today I was told by the representative that they do not
