I would love some tips if anyone has figured out how to go about getting an authorization for Home Care patients that meet the Medicare criteria for Blue Plus MSHO.

I have been on the phone all day today getting the new ID numbers for our patients that have Blue Plus MSHO. But when I ask about our patients that fall under the Medicare portion nobody seems to know if we bill the same as we do Medicare with a RAP and a Final. One lady did tell me that based on the CPT G codes I gave her we need an authorization but I have no idea how to go about that. I have been transferred so many times today and put on hold. Any insight would be great!
