I didn't change anything, I still bill as one unit and adjust the payment when it comes in as U/C reduction. Some auths are for hours per week and some are visits per week, that is the only time I changed the pricing amount and units on billing. So I have 2 separate disciplines for VA HHA. Not sure if that helps or not.
